Coloma Event: Beginning Bird Walk

Come join us for a morning birding walk. This event is designed for beginner bird watchers. Our program hosts are bird enthusiast Parker Flickinger and Nature Center Docent, Sierra Harris. The event begins with an introductory presentation on bird watching, followed by a brief bird walk through the Marshall Gold Discovery (Coloma) State Historic Park State Park. We will be looking for the resident species as well the spring migrants. Our program host Parker Flickinger joins us through the AmeriCorps program. He loves the outdoors, and has a BS in Environmental Science. This is an easy hike for everyone.
