September is National Yoga Month, which means there’s no better time than now to get your flow on. Have you heard about all the cool and trendy classes that are popping up around town? Goat yoga? Yep, we goat it. Wine and yoga? Try it with some Sauvign-om Blanc. Infant yoga? Get ready to have one very happy baby. Keep reading to discover what’s going down, dog. In no particular order…


1 Rock ’n’ Roll Yoga 

In this class, you’ll start on a foam roller to roll out your muscles and improve blood and lymphatic circulation before continuing into various yoga poses and stretches.

2 Yoga Pilates 

Yoga Pilates 

This 60-minute core power workout focuses on balance and strength. By creating long, lean muscles, the class helps improve coordination, flexibility, and movement in full range of motion.

3 WOGA: Wine and Yoga 

Sip and savasana! This 75-minute easy hatha class (followed by a complimentary wine tasting) is designed for everybody (and every body), whether you’re new to yoga or not.

4 Hot Belly Yoga

5 Yoga Sculpt 

This fusion class combines yoga, cardio, and weights and is designed to push your limit and take you to your edge. The 75-minute sweat session takes place in a calming room that boasts amenities like a Himalayan salt wall, tranquil water wall, bamboo floors, and infrared heat.

6 Goat Yoga

Hop to GoatHouse Brewing Co. for a 60-minute class that takes place outside in a goat pasture overlooking the brewery and on-site organic hop field. The amount of yoga you do is up to you—some yogis sit and laugh, others take pictures, and some snuggle the goats.

7 Mommy & Me Yoga

Connect to your baby (four weeks to 24 months are welcome) and create community with other new moms in this yoga class where little ones have the freedom to both move around and be held during poses.

8 Chair Yoga

9 Aerial Yoga Level I
