Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?
My dental practice is here to help people stay healthy with their dental needs – not only with a great smile, but also with good function that complements the whole body.
What was the first job you ever had, and what did you learn from the experience?
I cleaned catering trucks in high school. This really opened my eyes on the importance of cleanliness and sanitation.
Why is your office the best in the business?
I have associates in my office who are the heart of the practice. They are team members devoted to their work.
What life accomplishments are you most proud of?
Being the first in my family to graduate from college with a doctorate.
Who is your role model in business or in life, and why?
Mr. Dave Thomas who started Wendy’s. He seemed to enjoy his work, meeting with people and serving them.
What’s your hidden talent?
I have no hidden talent to speak of, but I do like doing things with my hands, such as playing the guitar, shaping bonsai plants and art.
What’s your biggest job perk?
Meeting so many nice people. You learn a lot from them and even though you don’t attend the trips or events they go to, you experience it with them when they talk about it.
What’s your favorite place to eat out locally?
MAS Mexican Restaurant. It has many selections to choose from and always tastes fresh.
If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?
Abraham Lincoln; he was a philosophical mind way ahead of his time. I believe he was an honest man.
What’s your favorite local event that you go to?
Placer County Fair.
What’s your favorite local business other than your own?
Roseville Health & Wellness – lots of nice people who really try to help you in achieving overall well being.
And finally, customer service is…?
Listening to the people who come to you with their special needs, and being able to satisfy their care.
